Five Services, One Standard
The repair we'd make on our own home is the repair we make on yours.
Spring Replacement
Measured for the door in front of us, wound with bars — never screwdrivers — and balance-tested by hand with the opener disconnected before we leave.
Opener Installation & Repair
We diagnose before we quote. If a repair is the honest answer, we repair. If a replacement is, we install it to UL 325 and set the travel limits the right way.
General Repairs
We check the whole door — cables on a spring job, springs on a cable job — because the system works as one piece. Repair only what's actually wrong.
Proactive Maintenance
The 17-point inspection, run on a schedule instead of after a failure. Rollers, hinges, cables, balance, travel — checked and written down.
Door Replacement & Installation
When a door is past the point of honest repair. Custom-fit, hurricane-rated options, squared and weather-sealed to manufacturer spec.
Values, Made Real on the Service Call
The four values on the About page aren't a plaque on the wall — they're the habits you can test on a Tuesday-morning repair.
That's the point of listing them this way. Integrity is the invoice matching the quote. Stewardship is not replacing parts that don't need replacing. Diligence is finishing the 17-point inspection even after the obvious problem is fixed. Respect is the soft voice in the hallway and the driveway left cleaner than we found it.
What this means for you: you don't have to take our word for any of them — you'll see each one on the call.
Integrity
The quote is the bill.
Stewardship
We fix what needs fixing — no more.
Diligence
17-point inspection, every call.
Respect
The person behind the door is why we're here.
The $169 Service Call — What's Actually in It
Every visit begins with a flat $169 service call. That covers travel, the 17-point inspection, and up to twenty minutes of hands-on diagnostic or light-repair labor. It isn't a gate fee — it's the work we do before we can honestly quote the rest.
If the repair finishes inside that twenty minutes, the $169 is the whole bill. If it runs longer, we quote the full job before a tool comes back out.
What this means for you: you know the cost of the first twenty minutes before we leave our shop. No trip charge stacked on a diagnostic fee stacked on a repair fee. One number, on the website, before we show up.
Warranty — One Phone Number, Activated the Day You Pay
Every repair carries a 14-day labor warranty, activated the same day payment clears. Manufacturer warranties on parts and openers are honored in full — we handle the paperwork.
There is no warranty department, no ticket system, no routing tree. If something's off next week, the phone number you call is the number you called the first time.
What this means for you: the company that did the job is the company that stands behind it. The receipt has the terms in plain English; the Warranty page has the full version.
Safety Is the Floor, Not a Feature
Every adjustment, installation, and inspection is measured against UL 325 and the manufacturer's manual. Openers are installed only on doors verified safe for them. Balance is tested by hand with the opener disconnected — every time, not when convenient. Winding bars, not screwdrivers. Travel limits tested at the end, not assumed at the start.
All of it is carried out under Florida license SCC131153700, with full liability and workers' compensation coverage in place.
What this means for you: safety isn't a bullet point we say to reassure you — it's the habit that keeps the person at your door, the people in your house, and the work itself protected.
Sarasota and Manatee, One Phone Number
Nine cities. Same stocked truck pulling into each one. The four-hour window we quote for a Lakewood Ranch call on Tuesday is the same window we quote for a Venice call on Thursday — because the standard doesn't flex by zip code.
What this means for you: where you live doesn't change what you get. The van that arrives, the technician who walks up, and the inspection that runs are the same across the service area.

Our Customer Promise
"We serve with quiet mastery and unwavering integrity — honoring every standard of excellence in both policy and craftsmanship. We communicate transparently, work with precision, and stand behind every promise so that trust, quality, and peace of mind endure."
How Pricing Works — Published Before We Show Up
Transparency begins before any work does.
Each visit starts with a $169 service call, which covers travel and up to twenty minutes of skilled labor for inspection, diagnosis, or light repair.
After the assessment, we share what we found, review your options, and quote one clear total — parts, labor, and service included. Every homeowner sees the same rate; there is no emotional pricing, no "what can you afford today," no surprise line items on the invoice.
When the work is complete, your payment activates the written warranty — upheld by the same phone number that booked the call.
What this means for you: the number you read on the website is the number you read on the quote is the number you read on the invoice. Three documents, one number.
What You Can Actually Test on Your First Call
Six promises, each one something you can measure:
Contact — first ring, under two minutes to booked.
Arrival — in a real four-hour window, in a marked and stocked van.
The work — 17-point inspection before the tools come out, to UL 325.
Wrap-up — the invoice total matches the quote you approved.
After — same phone number for warranty questions, no ticket system.
Next year — the same company, the same standard, the same name on the truck.
That's the whole homepage. Run the test.
