If you are a Property Manager in need of garage door service or repair, we are happy to help you out! We work with a lot of property managers and have streamlined the process of working with you and your tenant(s) for faster and better communication and service.
Our Policy's and Procedures
If you wish to request service or repair on a property you manage whether there is a tenant in place, or if it is vacant, here are our policy's and procedures that MUST be followed :
1. After contacting Southern Garage Doors Inc. requesting service for the property that you manage, we require that you fill out the credit card authorization form in its entirety, and it MUST have your signature. Email completed form to SouthernGarageDoors510@gmail.com. We require payment immediately upon completion of every job. We require a $300 pre-authorization. Anything over $300 we will call to get authorization.
2. Once we receive the credit card authorizing form from you, We will contact the tenant and get the appointment scheduled.
3. Once scheduled with the tenant, we will contact you and let you know when the appointment is scheduled for.
4. Upon arrival, we will assess the job. if the necessary work is under $300, we will proceed to do the work and bill the credit card or debit card upon completion. A receipt will be emailed to you. In the event the the necessary repairs go over $300 we will call you to receive authorization. If you do not answer, or return our call within 10min of our call, we will need to move on to the next appointment and you will be billed the a trip fee because we could not receive authorization for the work that needed to be completed. We recommend keeping your phone handy, during the appointment hours for this reason.
